I was looking at the Asus barebone systems, but they all have 250w PSUs, isn't that a little on the low side?
 
The hard bit is getting parts from other places, which is hard to do when you can't say the competitors name, but with parts from OcUK (ie. memory for example, some of the cheapest ram in the UK here) and some other places I reckon you could get a full budget PC for £130 - 150 inc. VAT. The problem also is adding in delivery with getting it from that many different places that you will spend a lot in delivery, therefore making it just as viable to get them all from one place as the extra cost for delivery might as well have went on getting better parts for the machine.

Good point, and as above, I couldn't find it cheaper on other sites so might aswell just make stuff from OcUK be allowed
 
anyone want to spec me a c2d cheapo system not inc gfx card :)


under 250????? dont need a psu either tho but lets see what you can do
