Stick with it mate, do what you have to do to make your kids life as stable as possible given the situation is what it is.

I'd honestly hope that if the story is as you tell it then the system should make sure you get custody soon.

That's because you either can't read, or don't know the full story regarding Vidars situation.

It's precisely because he lets himself gets manipulated and blackmailed in this way that his life is as it is.

Me, trying to give him advice to get his life back on track, you, keep telling him to mope around in this cycle of manipulation and emotional black mail.

I don't see it that way now. I'm not saying move back and bend over backwards, but there is no way I'd be leaving my kid to the mercy of the sort of person she sounds. Sorry but I couldn't do it to my daughter. I'll accept I'm fully up to date with the entire story but I've read enough to lead my to think she's a bad influence on kids.

Easiest thing is to just walk away from the situation and leave all the talking to the solicitors and the courts.

All you've done from the beginning of the whole sorry situation is allowed yourself to be dragged back into conflict with your ex by continually indulging her in conversation and getting hooked on her emotional black mail.

Do what we advised you to do in the first place, but as much distance between yourself and her as possible, and leave everything else to you legal representative.

Get a specific issue order from the family court to ensure she can't move out of area, or just apply for a residence order, if she's as crazy as you say and if your child is deemed a child in need and Social services support a move with you then you're golden

No offense OP, but if you're asking for advice on such a serious matter on an general discussion Internet forum, you're probably fighting a losing battle to begin with.

From what little I can understand about your situation it seems like your ex is crazy and you fall/have fallen for her manipulation and blackmail. The fact she has kids to hold over your head is a very sad situation, but one wonders how exactly you can't spot this sort of madness before taking the most important decision of your life with someone (having children).

Type out the texts, then get the copy certified. Then use it as evidence in the court case. Judges just *love* people who use kids as a weapon and ignore court orders.

The craziest bint I ever went with was got rid of by me going with the local hard woman for a couple of weeks, She didn't bother me after that. Hard bird was Ok for a couple of weeks, not much to look at & crap in the sack but she got rid of the looney for me.

My advice would be rubbish but you can have it anyway as I'm good like that.

Find somebody she is scared of & Bang her for a couple of weeks.
