Yeah, when Prince Andrew was able to buy his way out of that child exploitation stuff with Virginia Giuffre. That just blows my mind. So you take out a private prosecution against someone that has the potential if found guilty to be a very serious crime. The rich person still has a lot of options. Depending on how well their legal team performs in blocking proceedings and in court arguments, he or she then could still chuck a load of cash at the prosecution and get away scott free. That's how I read US justice rich vs not rich, especially the corporate stuff.
Can't see that being good for society.
