Actually, yes it is.

Drugs Don't Work, Bitter Sweet, Lucky Man are 3 of the best British songs in the last decade alone. I'd describe Urban Hymns as one of the only 5-star albums I've ever heard.

Richard Ashcroft is a genius, his 2 solo albums are works of art. I'd say he's the best songwriter to come out of Britain in the last 10-20 years.
