The wait is over - house time

Some pictures.

Living room - fireplace has slighty blocked but the current inbuilt shelving is very useful as we have a fair few books. We will probably replace this at a later date but it's fine for now.

Living room floorboards. That double socket is the only real useable one in the room. Which is a bit of an annoyance. There is a single socket behind the shelving on the left handside.

Hallway - apart from the one with the slight crack the floorboards are all very nice.

The Staircase -that dreaded plywood board!

First step is very promising despite this plywood nonsense. Hopefully the rest are all good.

Pretty much moved in now. Apart from having no internet!

Got back from holiday on Friday had to move a load of stuff, Saturday we had a van to move the big items, Sunday rest day.

Not many pictures updates but we have loads of painting to do. Floorboards in the living room look decent, the ones in the dining room are okayish, but given the limited time with the sander I had before we went away and how unlevel they are it was bloody hard!

A picture of the hallway at the moment. :)

Not much going on just painting and replacing the toilet internals with a Fluidmaster system.

Lined the study today, done a bit of the living room as well. The plaster is okayish, not good enough to just paint over but not poor enough to warrant skimming it, so lining it seems the most cost effect solution.

Virgin activated today so that's me happy. Also setup a Nest Protect. :)
