The walking dead amazon prime?.

I gave up with S6, then heard they brought Negan in for S7. The Negan comic arc is some of the best writing throughout the comics so decided to binge watch S6 on my flights to/from holiday the last few weeks.

It's still a really weak series with a few good moments that hold it together. Not sold on JDM as Negan though, he's too...well...nice!

No spoilers please. :D hehe

I nearly had a heart attack this morning. I was looking at amazon and came across a red box set of series 1-9 called Waking the Dead Series 1-9 Box Set. I had to read 3 times be for I knew it wasn't the walking dead. lol

I found s6 rather disappointing, slow, lacking direction and not a fan of the jumping back and forth story telling editing style. However, the addition of Negan seems to have injected some edge back into it. Sadly being on fox I'm assuming the only legal way to see s07 is on cable, sky or nowtv?

Season 1 was excellent
Season 2 was pretty good
Season 3 was ok
Seasons 4-6 = filler storylines for most of it with a few great set pieces which maybe dominate an episode or two.

To be honest I was on the verge of tuning out during the mid season break with 6 but my wife (who loves the show) convinced me to carry on.

Season 7 will undoubtedly have a huge opening episode with the 'who gets battered by Lucille' story arc, I am doubtful though if the remainder of the season will be able to continue the potential of the epic season 6 cliff hanger being concluded tonight.

Should be able to purchase per episode on Amazon a day after airing if its like previous seasons - not sure about iTunes.

EDIT: Looks like it starts the 25th for both iTunes and Amazon pay per episode.

Moved to the correct forum, dire TV show IMO, every single episode is basically the same. If they covered themselves in blood 24x7 they would all live without any annoying zombies scaring them every 27 minutes, but they seem to forget this until they need to move through densely populated areas of zombies....:p

Can't understand why people enjoy it so much

Completely agree.
