Got round to watching series 5 this week after re-doing 1-4 with the mrs. It was brilliant to watch it again, done the lot in 3 or so weeks and I love this program. I even loved the prison stuff. I even read the 4 books on the governor which was a much better story than the series. I hope they do similar books with the people at Terminus.

There were two slow episodes in series 5 but I can forgive that and still enjoyed it as probably the best series. The good thing is regardless of the Rick Grimes story this can run forever. Nothing to stop them doing what happened at the same time in England, Africa or where ever. I'm going to make a start on the comics I think, now I have seen the big omnibus editions are available.
 
Looking forward to watching the new series it starts when?

I have to wait a day. I will be avoiding spoilers for 24 hours :D Stupidly subbed to their FB page and a few of the casts instagrams (the hot ones) and got loads of RIP beth 24 hours too early :(
 
Bored the living **** out of me, hope the next episode is better or its going downhill fast. Wasn't 5 minutes worth of content in the whole episode.

I really liked that one, the 'appearance' of some past characters was nice and done well. Just shows that when they really want to, they can do character-focused episodes with minimal action and it not end up boring.
 
Why don't they just:

1) get to the coast
2) Find a boat
3) Find an island

Its like the prison but with better walls !

Last episode was a bit Meh - not many of the characters I really care about left now, Tyrese wasn't one of them.
