The Walking Dead thread

To be honest, my entire time I've played I've always supported Kenny, seems the game has forced you to anyway since you're took with him till at least Episode 4.
 
Just got around to finishing up the last episode, it was a good one. Enjoyed pretty much all of it so far.

Was gutted when Lilly killed Carly, she totally got left. Not sure what will happen with Kenny now, he went from being my best mate to a total ass to me through my choices :o... Be interesting to see where it's going for the next one, mooching around the city could be fun :D
 
Is it possible to save Carly?

Also glad I left Lilly behind, she wouldn't stop complaining about her dead Dad. He had to go Lilly, don't you understand?!
 
I finished Episode 3 last night and i really enjoyed it. Although i think the previous episode was much more atmospheric and tense.

I have a feeling that something terrible is going to happen to Clemantine sooner or later. The story just seems to be building up for an emotional sucker punch.

I wouldn't be surprised if the new couple end up doing something to her. They seem a bit fishy.

I'm really enjoying this game so far and for £13 off of steam, it's been a bargain so far. Looking forward to the final two episodes :) I'm glad that they're doing a 2nd season as well.
 
Breathtaking, that moment just hit me like a suckerpunch, in al ways a bad day at the office for the group!

I think this is top notch, much better than the tv show and as close to the spirit of the comics as you can get.
 
Lets be frank, the choices don't really change the game that much. For example, you have the choice to save doug or carley, yet they both end up being killed off. Good story nonetheless, I just expected a bit more control. I guess the developers are too lazy.

Episode 3 was brutal.

I was bummed out that Doug got accidently shot when Lilly tried to take a shot at Ben. He was such a useful and friendly guy. You can bet I left that demented cow to fend for herself on the side of the road.

Also..
What happened to Duck was awful. He had often annoyed me in the first two episodes, but it was so sad to see him slowly dying after getting bitten. If you hold fire long enough, he eventually stops breathing, but I dunno if he actually comes back as a walker if you wait long enough
 
Not been announced yet afaik.

I think I am near the end of ep1. Can someone give me a rough estimate of how long each episode is? .....I will be working pretty much non-stop for the next few days so will not have the chance to play it for a while. If there is not long to go I mgiht try and get it done tonight.
 
Damn it!

Played Episode 1 a few weeks ago, but did a reinstall of OS and forgot to backup quite a few savegames(which had ruined quite a few games for me). This is one of them....don't really want to play with randomly generated decisions tbh.
