The Weekend Football Thread *spoilers*

All of the top four will already have more then 10 appearances on television. The 3 left in the Champions league will be on television a lot.

Newcastle have played an incredible number of games for Sky / BBC.

iirc something like 8/9 games were on Sky over the festive period and this month just Newcastle games.

.

I know that, but i never imagin any team to get more TV appearences, when i said "a lot of premiership teams" i meant mainly the bottom half of the table, not the top half which get a lot of TV games.

My main point in this was that you don't often see lower league teams getting anywhere near that much TV time, like i said though i wasn't trying to say "ooo look at us look how many times we've been on TV" it just feels like leeds have been on TV a lot more this season than any seasons in the past decade!! (including the ones in the premiership)

They weren't but the league cup game was postponed. As has the City v United game tomorrow night.

Ah thought it might have something to do with that! Hope the bolton game isn't off tomorrow.

So you didn't really mean the Premiership? You meant the **** teams at the bottom?

Newcastle are a lower league team and they're on telly quite a lot ;)
