Well done Khan :) was good fight a tough one aswell. :)
It was a great fight to watch I take my hat off to the guy only 19 great little fighter well done khan. Also i noticed the amount of respect that they were giving one another nice to see considering they're beating seven shades of **** out of one another. :)

MAB drew with Rocky Juarez in a pretty decent fight, which could have gone either way.

MAB's nose looked broken early on and had some influence upon his peformance, but Juarez looked a decent fighter and a world title is on the cards in the near future I think.

A mistake in the addition of the scorecards resulted in Saturday's Marco Antonio Barrera-Rocky Juarez being announced to the Staples Center crowd and HBO television viewership as a draw. However, the scorecards were later retabulated and it was discovered that the actual scores were 115-114, 115-113 Barrera, 115-114 Juarez, so Barrera actually wins a majority decision.

--edit----

I wonder if any bookies paid out? Some poor sucker probably lost a lot of money betting on the draw.

How the hell could they get it wrong, that's a disgrace and I really feel for Juarez, but as I said earlier, from what I saw, he'll have a title sooner than later.

I might just have missed it but where did you see showboating? Both boxers looked to be giving each other quite a bit of respect and when Komjathi just about put Khan through the ropes totally he then helped him back up. The only thing I can think of as possibly showboating was when Khan dropped his guard and leant in with his face exposed to encourage a punch a couple of times but that might be more simply so he could again go on the attack.

Nah, he was leaning towards him a daft amount almost as if he was saying "even if you tried to hit me you wouldn't be able to", and Frank Warren was going absolutely nuts at him from ringside.

A twist in the Barrera v Juarez scoring was that 2 judges orignally scored the 12th round 10 - 9 for Juarez (which would have meant a draw) but both judges changed the 9 to a 10 for Barrera to make it a 10-10 round and gave Barrera a SD

suprise - another total farce in boxing scoring terms. Love watching boxing but the scoring and judging is turning the sport into a complete farce.

Great scrap between MAB & Juarez - good fight.

Can't wait for the rematch between Jose Luis Castillo v Diego Corrales :D

I was impressed by Khan's handspeed and accuracy again, he's got great skills there, but his defence needs a lot of work, against a more accurate and harder puncher that defence will see him flat on his ass before too long. He was almost caught flush on the chin in the 3rd or 4th, yet even after one punch grazed him he didn't put his guard up. He should watch his opponent and see how it's done, while Amir threw a lot of punches the majority hit his gloves or arms thanks to a high guard and tucked in chin.

Good performance, but he'll need to do a lot better if he holds dreams of mixing it with Mayweather.
