LOL, that would be quite a worrying thing!

My wrists are 6 and a half inchs round, I usually feel that it's because my forearms are quite undeveloped that it slows progression.

Small wrists are something that have bothered me for some time. I'm 5'11", and mine are about seven inches. I'm not a weightlifter though, so I suppose it's more of an immediate problem for you than me.

Yes, with deadlifting, you pull as hard as you can, and it feels like someone nailed it to the floor, wrist wraps are used to make it slightly better.

6 ft and 3/4

Deadlift 583
Bench 407
Squat around 550

All pounds, looks better :D

around 16 stone right now, goal is to cut for summer and keep up my JJ

why pretty those weights up by using lb's?
the kg equivalent is more than impressive enough, unless that was the idea..

Mine are 7 inches and I generally think they are fairly small:o. Maybe it's something that seems to bother people quite a bit??

I don't really notice, my hands are quite small though :(

My hands are quite wide and I have fairly large forearms for my size which could make my wrists appear smaller

Sometimes I've had that thought. My right wrist is actually kinda weak under pressure. When doing pressups it can be agony. I know quite a few guys who lift extremely heavy and have small wrists like me, they use wrist wraps so that it eleviates some pressure, much like what gymnasts do.

For all the oldies here, or anyone with some paranoia on joints, Glucosamine Sulphate is the cure, very good stuff, 1000mg once a day, there's also Glucosamine with chondrin in it, haven't thouroughly looked at what the chondrin is though, anyone?

I think you mean Chondroitin. It's quite expensive but has many health benefits, like removing plaque from artery walls :)

I take Glucosamine/MSM/Chondroitin together along with Cissus to help look after my joints and tendons, I don' think there's a more potent stack than those 4.

One thing I will say is I took Glucosamine for quite a while on it's own and found it did nothing at all, it was only when I stacked it that it did me any good.

Yeah thats the stuff, like i said not familiar with it, and yeah they aren't really very noticable but are proven to work, wont make your joints great or anything, but will slow the aging process down somewhat

I've been taking ~3g of glucosamine powder a day for about a month now. Taking it as a preventative measure rather than looking to fix anything.

Started summer 2005, 11 stone had no idea what I was doing and had a **** "LA fitness" programme done for me. Sacked that off, joined a dirty gym round the corner, read gordy's guide, did some more research and put on about 8lbs in a couple of months.

Ended up stopping for a few months, but have been back on it for 4 weeks now, and put on 6lbs already! :-) I am the strongest I have ever been and 12 stone 4lbs guestimate of 15% BF at 6 foot tall.
I plan to keep bulking untill about april probably, then cut down untill my abs are defiened again for the summer, then just try to maintain it. Never wanted to be massive, plus I need to keep the weight reasonable if I ever want to be any good on a motorbike (plus I dont want to have to buy new leathers)!!
