The wingman

Did say I would avoid posting drunken threads, but hey.

What would you consider would be within the bounds of the role of a wingman? Thanks to a mate tonight, I managed to pull a rather nice girl (in the competition for punching above my weight 2011

), but in the process he had to errr... "Get Off" with her mate. However, he has a girlfriend. Is this straying from the bounds of wingman? (he left after it was a guaranteed pull, rather sharpish

)

Feel free to post drunken wingman stories as well

Ouch, I'd say pushing the boundaries a bit far for you to just get your tip wet mate! Best wingman I've ever seen is my mate jonny at uni who I enlisted to try and get my poor mate greg who is utterly useless with women to get in there with some lass when we went out. It took him an entire 5 seconds as he just pushed him into this really nice blonde lass, made up some insane excuse and it actually worked :s

0 honour as a man in a relationship though.

I agree with the first part of this but not so much the second part but ONLY for 1 good reason - as far as I am concerned, your mate didn't really cheat. By the OP's description, he only kissed her until the OP managed to get the good looking girl and then he high-tailed it. IMHO this is different from him both wanting AND doing something whilst in a relationship i.e. there was no emotion involved in the action which most women relate to as cheating more than the physical actions.
