Ah pae works better in linux for having a different method of using drivers or something, im sketchy on the details till i get home and have a proper look . You could just change to a 6800 of the bay or something and try out some better linux display drivers (not sure whats up with installing 64bit linux though... the 3500+ k8 should have 64bit extensions...)

Trying to get the Deskbar to work. I could have sworn this was automatically a feature in Ubuntu 7.

So I added it to the top bar then click it but it brings up a window in the middle of the screen. Shots I have seen have it completely integrated into the bar and I could have sworn it did this lol.

I think it's Envy. Last time I compiled the drivers myself and installed them from ATIs/AMDs site. However if I uninstall the drivers and envy I'm going to get a annoying screen size.

Might see if I can be bothered tomorrow.
