Hey guys,

I have my theory test on Wednesday and ive been using the LDC driving test 3in1 to practice .. the hazard perception seems to be the only pain.

Anyway lastnight I found an old Highway Code book from '96 ... have things chaged that much? Or would this be cool to use? I noticed it has a lot of the road signs anyway.

Cheers
Andy

It's definatley worth getting the updated book, they arn't expensive and you know your learning the most current info that way. Not worth failing a test because of sometign minor.

To be honest mate, the LDC hazard one is really harsh. If you manage to do well on it, you'll find the real one a breeze.

Just remember to think to yourself that you have to click if you see anything that may cause you to change speed or direction. Keep an eye on anything that may develop into a hazard as well (eg: kids running down towards traffic lights who may not look for traffic).

I got 35/66 after doing that LDC thing last year.

It's been 2 years since I did my theory test, I need to do it again since I still aint passed my practical :(

Im booked in for the 6th... so have to do the new longer test :(

really should start revising

I have that LDC thing too... but i dunno what the new test is gonna be like

Good advice and definitely the secret to passing the Hazard Perception section. I just passed my theory a couple of weeks ago and there weren't any real surprises- as long as you've practised the example exams enough to have encountered all the dumb/ plain wrong questions you should pass it no problem :)
