There ARE good points to buying a Cat C Corsa...

That age of pug seemed to have an interior that refused to show any wear, all the high miler 306's I ever came across never showed any signs of wear and the seats were as plush as you could ever want, I still mis my XUD:(

My dads getting rid of his 406 this week, had it since new (same age as yours). Great car, only getting rid because the heating assembly is bust and my dad wants a smaller car.
For the age its pretty well loaded, rain sensitive wipers, climate control etc :)
Our interior is pretty much mint bar the odd stain and the fact the floor under the drivers feet is pretty much worn away - not surprising after 200k miles
Great cars, sad to see ours go tbh

Early 406s had the XUD 9. I was after one of those or (Preferably due to size) a late 405 before the volvo turned up. Nice car :)

3,000 miles and 6 months later and the pug has just passed the MOT with no advisories :D

Just need to find £104.50 in the next 4 days to tax it now

Didn't know you bought that, Oct 08, I missed this thread  thought you had an Aro...no Cor... 30..Megane? I remember a stream of different cars parked in that exact same spot anyway :D

 Hope it lasts :)

500 miles a month and your worried about filling it with the waste oil from the chippie? I can imagine it being worth it if your a high or at least average user but not for that mileage.
