It's true that blokes love to control things with remotes.

Just picked up a 3 pack box of remote controlled socket adapters from ASDA (!) for £5 which seemed to good to be true but it is true and the units are very good :D

I'm now in a new world of lazyness, both the corner lights are remote controlled as is the desk fan (which sits on the floor pointing up).

Will pick up more before the offer expires as these seem to be at least £15 everywhere else.

The remote uses RF and each remote controls 4 sockets but each button can control multiple sockets in zones.

The brand is "Status"

How do you mean what do you need? They sit in between the plug of your device whatever it may be and the wall outlet :p
