thermal gloves for work

Brother wanted to know about some thermal gloves that are thin and suitable for work in a warehouse/forklift environment. Any ideas which would be a good one to get? He was focused on thin ones not heavy padded ones.

I used to wear fingerless gloves when I was driving a forklift as it still meant I was able to take stickers etc. off pallets without removing the gloves.

By law as an employer they are required to supply any PPE that is required to do the job in question. I would tell you brother to argue this fact with his employer and get them to pay for it.
