Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut Extreme?

I've been using regular Kryonaut for ages after it was recommended about 5 years ago... Now everyone is saying not to use it without heavy overclocking and it loses effectiveness quickly?

Is the tech industry just fickle or is it really not as great to use longer term? I used it on my GPU and trying to decide if I should regret it or not

That's just nonsense. I have had Kryonaut on my 9600k since a couple of weeks after launch and have seen no degrading of performance. Same when I had my GTX1070, it was on that for three years with no loss of performance.

I read in several places kryonaut sucks for high heat applications cause it degrades quickly if it hits 80c? That and the notorious pump out is why many suggest leaving it out of laptops.

Anyone got exp with it in laptops?
