I'm just amused reading the acronym "IPA" and misreading it as Ale! Reminds me of a linus vid where he goes through different types of solution for cleaning paste

Just buy a botte of Spirytus clean your CPU and drink the rest

dry wipe and 95% alcohol to finish it off ( both cleaning process and bottle later on - but remember buy 2 bottles in case you'll go blind after first one, then drink second bottle to get better )
