Does this come with some paste or pre applied stuff or neither?

excellant, thought I might have to try my look at local shop and they think telephone cables are cat5 cables.

Its still pre applied but scared the hell out of me when it instantly hit 100 degrees and stayed there. A bios flash later and a more sensible 24 degrees appeared, thanks for the replies.
