Thermal Paste

From what i know of Thermal past it never dries up.
that is why when you buy aftermarket heat sinks some if not all have pre applied paste on the point of contact already. and are just covered to prevent accidental touching , rubbing off. and stop dirt sticking to the paste which would reduce its effectiveness.

Though i am a novice at pc building so those more experienced will get back to you

If you think about it when your PC is being used the CPU will be at anywhere between 30 and 80 deg C so if its running at those sort of tems why would it dry out at normal room temps ? ...it will be fine.

Just curious that I have built a gaming PC and few days later, I went on holiday and worried that the thermal paste will dry up and when I'm back from holiday and use the PC, it will harm the thermal waste with lumps in it
