I have the Thermaltake VB5001SNA Tai-Chi SuperMidi Tower cooling case with built in water cooling.

And i was wondering at what sort of speeds i will be able to overclock my new conroe X6800 chip to.

I have seen a 3.66 stable overclock but im not sure if that was on water or air and what sort of level will this colling be able to achieve?

This is probably better in the overclocking section, but your unlikely to get any sort of accurate answer, as it entirely depends on the chip itself, and as very few people have one yet, its hard to estimate. Having said that, the tai chi's water cooling isn't great, so I would estimate the clock to be roughly inline with good air, or slightly better.
