wasnt there something that was in the news recently, a pill that does work, but would only be available on prescription from specialists and would cost silly money?
i will have a look and see if i can find it.
Yeah I remember hearing about it. I'll give all the desperate monkeys a few years on it first before I touch anything like that, see what falls off, stops working, how many die, get addicted, etc, etc ;)

In the mean time I'll just not eat that biscuit or have the extra peice of toast and keep sweating my ass off in the gym :D

If you cant lose the weight properly, you dont deserve to look good :p

I *think* alcar works, been using it for a while during cutting, whether i'd be any worse off without it im not sure.

I can (and am) losing the weight 'properly' as you put it, that's not the issue. I've only been training and eating my new diet for 3 weeks but I have definately noticed a drop in bodyfat in that time. I was (as I've already posted) simply looking for something to augment that process, not to try and find something to replace a sensible diet and training ;)

I don't understand why you can't be certain ALCAR has worked for you or not. Surely it either has or has not? You must have measurements of your bodyfat etc. is the decrease faster when using this supplement or isn't it?

It's ok, certainly nothing special but then it's pretty cheap. The ALCAR helps with focus in the gym aswell and green tea is excellent for all round health aswell as a decent caffeine boost.

Worth a shot but it's no ECA stack, then again nothing is! At least this combo is legal and healthy though, plus it's no gimmicky rip-off ;)

Thanks for that mate.

You'll be pleased to know I've gone 3 weeks without a cup of tea, so I've also managed to go 3 weeks without a biscuit or any cake either! My cheat day has been my normal diet, but with 3 -4 squares of cocoa rich chocolate or perhaps an ice cream.

I am finding it very easy now to have nothing to eat after dinner as well which is good.

how can you measure scientifically if it has been faster or not. there are so many factors that will make a difference.

1 home user does not equate to a proper test to confirm if ALCAR is working or not.

Because, A i go by the mirror, and B it would be too much effort recreating exact same conditions while taking it and not.

In terms of fat loss, its hard to tell if its doing anything, if it is, it certainly wont be much.

It helps with energy and in couple with a good diet, i feel that taking this means im doing everything i can to shift the fat as fast as i can (without the use of drugs ofcourse)
