I'm in college, and study three days a week, spend another three days a week writing essays, and only have one day to relax. My bank balance is slowly nearing rock bottom because I have no income whatsoever, and I am slowly selling off a few bits and bobs to keep myself afloat before term ends in a few weeks and I can look for a job...

Am I forgiven Mr. High-and-mighty? :rolleyes:

You'd never guess we had nearly the same story, I agree 100% not everyone on this forum is lucky enough to have a full time job with a 25k+ Wage. Not all of us can afford to chuck £30 at a game.

Luckily we also live in the western world where people have the freedom to do what they like. Competitions are a bit of fun, you wouldn't buy a lottery ticket thinking you were nailed on to win it would you? It's like free gambling with the chance at a decent prize.

Surely the guy who criticised competetition entrants should look at himself and think, what if I had entered that I could have a decent new prize instead of this bunch of sour grapes? Too many killjoys in today's society. Judge where you want but don't judge the savvy competition entrants, we aren't all sat here with our hands out and spit the dummy out like a small child when we don't win, feel free to cast judgment on those people.

Unless he really, really likes his sour grapes, in which case, I leave him to them. :P Each to their own I guess, but the way I see it, the net is going to use what you say against you (well the people on the net...) especially if you are a grumpy guss.
