Thin Burgers

Definitely going to try this smash burger method, I just don't like a thick burger, and when they're thick, they end up tough trying to stop any oink on the inside. Apparently smash burger are coming to the UK this summer...

Although a decent big Mac is pretty easy to do.

I would but this was about 4 years ago so I dont have the recipe anymore and I lost the dissertation when I moved to UK. I only have parts of it now left but none of the pictures of the various burgers. (And tbh I am far too lazy for translating any of my recipes I do have from it)

I do really want to make burgers now though so I might add some pics later! (Not a big mac though, I prefer less bread more burger )

Get a thinner burger press. Mine does thin or thick.

Just made some Smash burgers, I think it's the best home made burger i've made.
