Thin T-Shirt Recommendations for heatwave weather

I have been wearing football training tops, F1 tops etc in the hot weather.

Glad it works for you, but personally I find anything 100% polyester is not breathable enough and gets too sweaty. I find the Adidas Climalite T-shirts are reasonable, and they are a cotton polyester mix.

I have a bunch of Under Armour Tech 2 t-shirts. These are lightweight, wicking but in a loose fit so you don't look like you've got lost on the way to the gym. Were excellent when sightseeing (and cycling) in Southern India.

These are truly great for the heat especially for being 100% poly, but still being cool. The logo is also discreet and some darker colours you can't even see the logo. Only thing is they run a little big, normally wear XL, just bought some new ones that feel to big need to return for large, so maybe go a size under.

I would never usually wear polyester especially in this heat, but these are legit, superb T shirts for heat. I cycle all the time and these are totally amazing for exercise in extreme heat, they will never show any sweat patches at all, sweat wicks right out and they're baggy fit too so feel great with a slight breeze.

Wearing 100% cotton with a backpack in 30c my whole back would be covered in sweat, these poly Under Armour Tech Tees are totally amazing for summer, don't show a drop of sweat on them, they're so thin they don't even feel like poly, I've got other base layer sweat wicking shirts, these are the best and coolest so far I've tried.

Uniqlo Airsm > all tshirts possible. Cheaper than merino by a big margin but good enough you can run in them in 30c and they don't feel all synthetic.
