It’s all relative and depends on what you want to achieve.

Don’t be putting spoonfuls of peanut butter, walnuts, honey and banana in your morning oats or full fat Greek yoghurt and expect to lose weight.

Same effect adding avocado to every meal!

Almond milk is made from grinding almonds with water. Ultra processed? It contains no cholesterol or lactose and it's low in saturated fat.
Maybe not all are created equally but this is the one I looked at, but the OP was non specific.

Ingredients​

Water, Almond (2.3%), Sugar, Calci- Um (Tri-calcium Phosphate), Sea Salt, Stabilisers [Locust Bean Gum, Gellan Gum], Emulsifier [Lecithins], Vitamins B2, B12, D2, E


Otherwise milk, ingredients cows milk.
