Ahh I remember when I was younger (before 9/11) I was going to ask the cabin crew to let me see the cockpit - but I was too shy to ask (I was very youngAnother thread on here got me thinking about the time I flew to Tenerife in the early 90's. Being my first flight I asked the cabin crew mid-flight if I could see the cockpit and was allowed to. Looking back this would never be allowed now.
So what other things used to be quite normal and are now not allowed?
