Hey guys,

Before I say anything let me just get the message out there, I don't know if I posted this in the right forum or not so if it's wrong, please forgive me.

I've been getting BSOD's a lot lately and found out that it's my hard drives kernel so I'm deciding to do a full windows 7 wipe (reformat) to solve the problem. Plus I feel that I want to clean my PC up anyway, just keeps it fresh you know =)

I've backed up:
• Documents
• Music (Incl. iTunes Library)
• Videos & Movies
• 'steamapps' folder (saves a LOT of download time)
• A small list of programs I need to get straight afterwards
• A copy of my 'fonts' folder so I can import all my fonts afterwards
• Passwords, History & Bookmarks export from Google Chrome

I just wanted to check with you guys if there is anything else critical or any ideas on anything else to back up that I haven't included?

Thanks guys.

Once again, Sorry if it's in the wrong forum.

Any save games etc. that save to your user area in my documents, unless 'documents' includes those :D

While you're at it, may I suggest you use Parted Magic or something to create a C:\ partition for Windows. About 40 - 50GB is more than enough. That way you can put movies, videos, music etc. on the other partition (presumably D:\) and then not have to back everything up next time :)

Edit: Don't forget any games that save to the AppData\Local hidden folder. Mafia 2 does that.
