Things to do in Birmingham

LOL at all this Birmingham hate.

There's loads to do in Brum, it's the UK's second biggest city and like London it doesn't sleep.

No matter what city you live in you are going to find people hating on the others. Because a lot of people in the UK are miserable sods and hardly have anything positive to say.:p

The banter in this thread is awful. Birmingham is an amazing city with billions of things to do.

Go to brewdog, pure bar and the post office vaults if you like decent beer.

But you guys only number 23 million where as we in the UK number 65 million. In other words we would kick your ass in a bar fight. :p

It's nowhere near 65million, i think the next census it's going to show more like 73million and supermarkets believe from buying habits that the real figure is closer to over 80million

You're obviously only going to the dodgy parts then. That'd be like going to Peckham and then declaring all of London to be a cess pit based on that.

Everything outside the bullring is a cess pit, even then the bullring is full of gobby teenage girls screeching at everything

Pretty much everywhere, been going there for 6 years as thats where my gf lives, she wants to get out asap too. The first nice place outside of Brum is Lichfield Trent Valley

Well I guess you have a right to your opinions, but I completely disagree. I live in Sutton Coldfield which I find to be pleasant personally.

As a resident of Birmingham, I agree the majority of it is a crap heap.

If you're shopping, or just need general entertainment, head to Solihull.

Abit far though if they are stopping by Five Ways and Solihull isn't short of gobby chavvy teens either.
