Witchery, the dome and veeno are three of my go to places. Howies is good as well. Traditional Scottish but decent enough quality.

We enjoyed The Kitchin when we went. El Cartel was also good, but I think they’ve changed their name now. Loads of great eating option in Edinburgh. Enjoy!
