Things to do in the evenings in Glasgow

Super Bario is an absolute waste of time.

Chakoo, Tuk Tuk and Chakoo West End are good as is Dhakin. In fact there is so many Ranjit's Kitchen in south side as well as Kebabish.

If you want a drink I'd say ashton lane is best place to go. City centre is usually full of all sorts and west end tends to have less bam pots as does finnieston and some places in the south side.

Super Bario is fun enough for an hour!

Bam pots and you suggest Ashton Lane? It’s full of Arnold Clark salesman spending a third of the time posing and two thirds of the time snorting gear. It’s a cess pit nowadays tbh.

Good shout on Ranjits though. Loads of good places in the south side but can’t imagine he’ll be there if he’s here for work?

He's here mon-wed. Those types come out at the weekends. Will be mainly locals and students.

I'm going to Glasgow next month.

- Gin 71
- Alston
- Brewdog (even though we have 'em in England too)
- Bavaria Brauhaus
- WEST Brewery
- Alea casino
- Booths arcade
- Super Bario, retro arcade / bar
- Tokyo Toys (if you like anime / manga etc)

If in Paisley, then Thai Siam.

Booths Arcade??? Why?
West is nice but I’d also try Drygate which is another brewery. If you are staying in the city centre you could walk to the Necropolis, it’s a lovely walk with good views of the city. Then go to Drygate for a pint. After that walk three minutes to Baked for the best pizza of your life. Then it’s a seven minute walk to the Barrowlands to check out the market if it’s a weekend. BAaD sometimes has craft markets and things like that on as well and is in the middle of the market. Then you’re on the Green (a nice park) which West is on so walk through the park and get lunch and a pint in West.

Alea Casino?
Booths Arcade?
Super Bario?

All extremely questionable. But tokyo toys? wtf?

If you like food and drink i'd recommend Doner Haus

I second the recommendation for the Pot Still.

Also, it's October now so the weather will be pish, bring a coat.
