Yeah in terms of likelihood: ram is #1, following that is the mobo, then CPU is the least likely to be DOA

Have you tried a different keyboard and mouse?
Not got any other USB devices plugged in?

Hi thanks for the reply

I’ve tested the keyboard and mouse in another system and they’ve worked so rules those out as a cause. I have now tested everything except the CPU, Mobo and RAM. Luckily I’ve managed to get all three of those items replaced FoC so hopefully will rebuild using the replaced components and all should be fine.
