Think my Memory Sticks died.

Hey up guys.

I got a 32gb PNY memory stick only about a month old and was working fine at the weekend. I use it to hold XP boots etc.

Anyway went to plug it in today and its telling me it needs a format, which is fine because i dont need the boots no more.

Go to format and it just hangs..; Iv even left it on for a hour and the bar doesnt move. Tried this on 2 PC's now. Hoping you guys have any ideas?

good thing there was nothing vital on it and that it's so new. just return the sucker. it's obviously faulty.
