I would say if his blood levels look okay, and its puzzling the quacks why he is so fat no-one here has the ability to point and say, for example:

Thats your own ****ing fault. No sympathy from me, at all.

Not all fat ****** are from eating their way through a macca d restaurant a day, some of them have medical conditions so if the docs don't know, there is no way you can point and be disgusted.

I, on the other hand, am a fat ****** due to beer and burgers......but hey, I will have the last laugh with the pall bearers at my funeral sweating like a fat lad in a heatwave.

Although there are some medical conditions regarding weight gain. This is just down to sheer greed.

Anyone seen britains fatest man? 50 stones and the guy can walk about no problem. Most people would die getting to even 30 stones, for your body to sustain that much weight makes you think how strong they could be if they trained.
 
hey Scuzi. If you're thinkin' of goin' flyin' wit that dude you're gonna need a long runway. Pendine Sands or the Nevada Desert spring to mind. Your best bet's minimum fuel, nitrous oxide injection, rockets, steam catapult, downhill into wind. Watch out for a high speed stall right wing first...

I don't see why everybody on here is just insulting this guy so much.

A) You don't know anything about his lifestyle
B) It doesn't mention it's due to a diet
C) It comments on how it's a mystery as to why he is so fat.

Now don't you think if it's a mystery and they don't know why it's happening then it's not due to his diet and it's some other medical factor causing it?

Give the guy a break and maybe find out more information about this case before you condemn him to being a greedy *******.
