hiya people hows going thinking about learning guitar wondered if anyones got any advice. what to learn electric rather than acoustic(think right word) wont be using a teacher so any tips on learning aids?

yeah defiantly want electric over acoustic are those books like guitars for dummies and things worth getting ? also whats a good starter guitar.
