Hi all, so there's a great deal up on the main page with the GTX 780ti windforce going for £479.99. I'm wondering if I should buy now or wait and see if there are any game bundle deals Nvidia will be releasing in the near future with the 780ti's? (Watchdogs e.t.c).

P.S I'm coming from an GTX 670, and with Maxwell looking like a bust this year upgrading now seems like a good idea...that is unless there are going to be any price cuts in the near future! *edit* Also, what's the deal with the 6gb 780ti's? Are they going to be released anytime soon, if so maybe I should go EVGA to take advantage of the step up program?

Thanks for the input!

It's hard to know if there will be a price cut in truth and this is one of the things with buying hardware. You can buy it now and a week later, it could be a few quid less. I always look at the price and if I can justify that price, I go for it. If it is cheaper later on, I look at the time I have had it and shrug my shoulders and carry on.

I say go for it at that price :)

Remember a gtx480 was almost the same price as the name of the card. Now you get them for 50 odd quid. If you can afford it then go for it.

Having bought mine, for the bargain (lol) price of around £529, I would say buy it! Never really had to adjust settings at all on 2560 x 1440. You'll be pleased, so I say buy the card and never look at the price EVER again. :D
