I found that the improvements to frame rates are small but it does help keeping them more consistent. Also if you want to avoid that tedious yet essential task of virus scanning you can do this whilst playing a game so you don't have to wait ages.
Might be worth a memory upgrade, if you start doing twice as many tasks you'll need twice as much memory.
I like it and i think it works well.

If a 3700 sandeigo runs at 2.4 whats a 4800 running at 2.9
I dont think a memory upgrade is needed as 2gb is enough for a good long time.
I agree with games starting to use dualcore and patches coming out for dual core support, im just crossing my fingers for an oblivion patch
