Why do you want to sell?
How much money will you lose if you do?
Will you just build another one in a year or so time, losing more money?

As Roman said, if you sell it for a laptop you'll be so frustrated.

Just using a laptop for anything other than basic web browsing annoys me now :|

Well... the specs are

i7 920 2.6GHz.
6950 2GB IceQ Turbo Edition.
MSI X58-PRO E Motherboard.
6GB Corsair 1600MHz Ram.
1TB HDD (WD)
750W PSU Modular
Antec Kuhler CPU Cooler.
Antec 902 Case.
Logitech G15 & MX518 Mouse
And A LG 22" LED Monitor.

So what you think of that ... ?

and maybe yes loosing money but i barely use it.

Unless you have pressing need for the money you may as well keep it. You never know when you'll need some compute power or fancy a game that laptops can only just cope with

Sneaky way of trying to sell having only 5 posts? :p

Nope not trying in anyway to promote selling it, just asking opinions.

If i wanted to sell it i would just make a thread FOR SALE.

but im not as im asking opinions as i dont know what to do with it.

If you're really not using it then sell it. PC's only go down in value so there's no point hanging on to it if you don't want it.

Bear in mind you can't sell on here without access to the Members Market (which you won't have access to for a while :p)

I did this a few years back, sold a PC I figured I wouldn't be getting a lot of use out of. Yeah, like the rest are saying... I think I went about 4 months, using a Laptop, before I finally caved and just bought the parts for another PC. I absolutely hated using my Laptop. It's decent, like others have said, for web browsing/music/social networking/word processing (work related stuff/uni related stuff). But for anything else, you may as well use a PC. The longer loading times, the inability to upgrade it over time, the fact that you will MISS playing games at some point... they'll all add up to become one big annoyance and you'll regret selling the PC.

Even if this post is a little "Eh..." given what he's saying, and his post count... I figured I'd respond anyway, as you never know... I could stop him from making a silly mistake!

Either that, or he'll completely ignore me. Who knows.

i WASNT in anyways trying to promote my pc for sale, as i am in other forums and know you have to meet a certain post level before doing so, so people need to stop saying it as im not doing it in anyway way.

JUST ASKING OPINIONS, is that not allowed?

and some of you are right, ill probs just keep it and use it upgrade it in couple years time to something a bit newer, just sit in room for now an ill use it every so often.

PS: ADMINS I WASNT TRYING TO PROMOTE IT FOR THE LAST TIME, JUST ASKING OPINIONS I AM A ALRIGHT GUY ONCE YOU GET TO KNOW ME.

I think 'jack of all trade' laptops are on the way out. In the ideal world, we'd all have a sweet desktop and a tablet, maybe a budget laptop for word processing on business / in the library.
