I was wondering whether you guys knew of any third party pieces of software that can be purchased to effectly do the same thing as Local Computer Policy, Local Users and Groups, Security Policy within the Management Console?
Reason being, I have to several laptops to build but they all have Vista Home Premium and as I discovered today, Home Premium does not allow access to Local Users and Groups, Security Policy etc. Only Business and above can use these. I need to create a user with very limited access... basically just having rights to open programs, no going into explorer, no right clicking etc, just very basic.
I have searched on here for similar threads but no luck, and have googled it... but to no avail.
Any helps would be much appreciated!
