Thirteen years...Crikey

13 years ago I would have been 6 and probably just doing what six year olds do. I actually can't even remember being that age . I think we just got our first dog around that time coming up to Christmas so between that and Santa coming in a few weeks I would have been hyper :p

I was 22 and bashing heads in what was Glasgow's newest Indie club. Still living witrh the folks but was just about to purchase a new house and move in with the girlfriend (now the missus).

I think I was still playing games on my Amiga at that time. Woo, a whole half meg system with a half mag upgrade. Heady days indeed. :D

I would have been 9, so maybe another year or so before we got internet access. It was '94 or '95 when we got it.

I'd be 21, looking for a job (unsuccessfully at the time) after finishing my Biotechnology degree. I'd probably be sleeping at this time of the day after playing the Amiga all night. Not the best of times in my life it has to be said.

I would have been 18 and enjoying some of my first visits to The Mayfair (RIP) in Newcastle and in my final year of 6th form.

YES! omg that was an AWESOME game, I lost severe amounts of my time to that game. Infact, I still have it some where.

I still have it too, and the manual which iirc was about 400 pages thick :o

Listening to Mr Vain and playing on the Mega Drive like most of my peers. A slightly more interesting point is that around thirteen years ago, NASA launched the STS-61 mission which fitted corrective optics to the Hubble Space Telescope, bringing crisp, detailed images to astronomers.
