This a CPU-z error (windows8)

Can any off you guys check CPU-z and see if it reports Running Full OC? Am not sure if its a Bug or it really is running full OC, but my temps are staying at idle.

Think it's a bug, when I run it in Win 8 there is constant CPU activity too.
