taking my h61 board back tomorrow, is this a decent replacement?
putting a 6950 in it and hoping to overclock my i5 to around 4.5ghz

Whats your budget and can your case take a full ATX board.

currently seen that board for 99 quid at a local computer wholesalers who i have an account with, im taking my gigabyte h61 board back to a different wholesalers who sold me the wrong one, and going to get this one i think, plus the fact i can go pick it up instead of waiting for delivery (if only overclockers was down the road), im on a pretty strict budget for now to just get a motherboard, then in a few weeks im getting decent ram/gfx, just wanted to know what they were like, i.e wether they overclock well, and what the hell that dx10.1 means on it? does that mean it isnt dx11 or something?

ok so i went down another route, i got the gigabyte ga-z68ap-d3, plonked it in, installed win 7, installed the drivers/utils, and its running sweet, i even went into the bios and bumped it up to 4.1ghz within a minuite i was back in windows, checked out windows properties to see my overclock and it wasnt there, ran cpuz and now can see all is fine as its giving the true core speed there
