It passed an hour test using prime 95 with max temperatures reaching 49oC

The CPU is a Phenom II X4 955 BE overclocked to 3.6GHz. These readings are from CPU-Z

Multiplier is 17.0

Bus Speed is 213MHz

HT link is 1917MHz

This seem ok to you guys ? the HT link seems a tad low though.

PS I used Asus CPU Level Up in the BIOS to get it to 3.4, then increased the multiplier to X17get it to 3.6GHz

Seems good on the face of it since the temperatures are good. Have you tried lowering the core voltage as much as possible? It may be possible to get it lower and maintain stability.

ive played plenty of BC2 and had no problems. If i was to lower the voltage then what would i need to send it to ? My motherboard sets this voltage at defalt, even if I have the CPU at stock :S

Also, is my HT link at 1917MHz a problem ?

i would look on AMDs website and see what that cpus voltage and temp range is, gives a better idea on how close you are to hitting the limits.

from AMDs site

so still a few bumps possible on voltage aslong as temps dont go too high
