What do you wanna use it for?

I'd say compared to a 2.9 Ghz Opteron it isn't really, especially if your main use is games.

ye for games but my opteron is overcloacked thought i could do the same with this cpu

It would be better in multithreaded applications, but sadly, most games do not yet take advantage :rolleyes:
