This guy is lying about 3080 Strix right?

Just browsing for new uploads and this guy says he has the 3080 Strix, but as some other YouTuber points out it has the same vram as the 2080 Ti.

He's pretending to have the 3080 right? and the vram should be around 10239?

he's saying he is getting extra Vram from HD graphics lol

Never believe anything on the net without concrete proof, If he actually has this card he should have no problem providing actual proof i.e a video of himself with the card and proof that it's actually him, Writing down the name of the channel on a piece of paper and putting it beside the card in the video.

Well it is, like for me looking for new REAL benchmarks for the Strix and he's posting fake ones.

Benchmarks for the Asus Strix 3080 will be about the same as the Founders Edition or at best a few percent higher.

Better to wait for a more well known tech tuber to get it then, only people who have these cards at the moment seem to be streamers/youtubers who are sponsored by asus rog and even then we're not seeing any performance numbers from them which to me makes me think theres either an issue with them or they're embargo'd.

Not sure what you're expecting from any individual card in the lineup ... they're all performing within a few percent of each other, they're all basically hitting power and heat limits.
