Yep, do love a bus ride watching the world. Spent vast majority of my life doing an hour each way on London buses, to some job or other.

Central London was really quiet at 9.30am but I think that's always been true, post rush hour and pre tourist crowds. Been to my favourite Italians for lunch, they're still open which is good!
 
Downside of napping earlier...now wide awake :o

This happens every time I say I'm having an early night. I either spend it texting or i end up laying in the dark trying to sleep whilst hearing all the different sounds in the flat and wondering what they are

I've already listened to Niall Horan heartbreak weather, twice :D
 
Tea at 2 or dinner at 20.00? That is the question. The kids want to know. It's 1.29pm, and a choice between seafood or beef, but we have precooked salmon.

I managed to get to sleep in the end after watching a few you tube clips. Will definitely keep that song in mind though. It's a nice one to have playing whilst I'm working too :)
 
My phone (landline) lit up, rang once then stopped, nothing exceptionally unusual about that; could be someone accidentally called and cancelled it or an auto dial-er going wrong etc but a minute later it rang again properly so I answered it. It was my dad asking "what did you want?" Slightly confused, I asked why and it turns out their phone had rang the minute before and it was my number on the missed call!

Is Halloween coming up? It could be the same teleghost that increased the internal beep volume in my car by 20% overnight.
 
What’s the best way of uploading gifs on here?

I have a few Warzone videos but imgur seems to mess with the video and add silly borders etc.

They are only 10 second clips.
 
Not such a great day today, bless her.

We go round the "what we can and cannot do" loop extremely regularly but it was particularly bad today.

Apparently I'm Hitler/don't care about her because I won't let her go and do the things she's not supposed to do due to the virus and her vulnerabilities, and she's apparently 40 and old enough to make her own decisions (she's 80 with suspect dementia).

So she's gone to her bed and isn't speaking to me.

Happy. ****ing. Days.

You know, it's exactly like a young child pleading to be let go of so it can run across a busy road, who throws a sulk no matter how tactfully the parent tries to discourage it. Except it's a grown adult.

She can call me whatever she ****ing likes, she ain't getting a reaction and I ain't letting go. Hitler, shmitler. :)

I've been up to see her since and did the "however disappointed I am... we can't leave it like this... I will always love you... goodnight" thing. She seemed more accepting of matters having had a bit of time.

Quarter past 1 in the morning and I've been laying in bed since 10pm watching clips from the same TV show
Only got to be up for work in 3 and a half hours and already sleep deprived from the rest of the week.
 
Time is just a construct for me at the moment. I've been fully nocturnal for about 3 days. I got up at 9PM and I'm watching Twitch streams drinking whiskey cokes.
 
~(~p) is rather obvious. I via R being materially equivalent to E is less so.

Which prolly has something to do with the same radiography clinic reporting I dont have even have a lump in my neck despite 3 doctors visually confirming its existence as when the same radiography clinic confirmed I do not have a brain tumour - despite it being found before and since by other radiographers and a neurosurgery clinic.
