Last time I called..
* 40+ minutes in queue... the end of the day according to their opening times flies by
* 3 minutes later a chap answers the phone
* Got a demand for £32K and a matching tax code for 2 weeks work - methinks there's a problem. I'd love to earn that much but I'd suspect I'd be a billionaire.
