THIS is awesome!

They're under the water, the boat is essentially on the plane bouncing along on the surface of the water so probs no.

But it creates epic wake which would generate generous shallow current movement. Enough to split the water for the wales to glide through

I'd be bricking it…they're called KILLER whales for a reason.

Actually they are not!

Attacks by Orca's on Humans are almost unheard of. Surprising really since a human would (Like a seal) normally make a nice Orca sized snack!

I can only imagine that since Man has never really hunted Orcas in a big way and that Orcas are pretty smart and the Orca "Community" has accumulated anecdotal historical evidence of Mans oceanic hunting practices. They chose to leave us alone on the grounds that they recognise us as fellow Bad-ass predators that, at present, doesn't really present a danger to them and that it might be a good idea not ****ing us off!

This video is amazing! Orca have been known to play in the wake of speed boats but it is rare.
We'll never forget our experience close up with Orca off of Vancouver Island whilst we were in kayaks. The most incredible holiday ever.

Incredible video. Reminds me of the time I was on a liveaboard doing a few days diving when a few dolphins decided to join us, playing around in the wake for about an hour.

They are amazing and exceptionally intelligent creatures. If any of you have been to Sea World and seen these 10m long beats launch themselves clean out of the water then you'd not be so surprised by how fast they can move!

Though it is rare there is one at Seaworld Florida that's killed three people in separate incidents.

While I think it would be an amazing experience to see/encounter them while diving I think I might be slightly apprehensive if in a small boat with a bunch of them chasing... while its probably just playful there are 20 of them....
