I'm thinking of going for this card to replace my GTX 560 Direct CU...it's an ok upgrade ? or can someone advise a better option...my budget is really about £180 tops....i was thinking about an AMD Card also ?

If you are happy to go with AMD, you could get a 7850 and overclock it as it has much more overclocking headroom than the 660.
